We have received notification from the County Planning Division that the PBC Florida Land Use (FLU) and Zoning meeting has been postponed. The Cotleur & Hearing presentation meeting scheduled for 07/17/2025 @ 6 PM at the Acreage Library is still on schedule.

The agent, Cotleur & Hearing, representing the applicant, requested and was granted administrative postponements of the Future Land Use application (LGA -2024-002) and concurrent Zoning application (PDD/CA-2023-00843) from the July 24, 2025 BCC Zoning Public Hearing, to the August 28, 2025 BCC Zoning Public Hearing.
